Reservation policy at Hotel Radocza Park
§1 Method of making a reservation
A stay may be booked by:
- Online booking engine placed on the website www.radoczapark.pl.
- Sending a reservation by e-mail to the Hotel Reception e-mail address.
- Booking a room/stay by telephone.
- Personal submission of a reservation at the Hotel Reception.
§2 Reservation conditions
- After making a reservation in accordance with the procedure described above, the Hotel will send a document confirming the reservation to the e-mail address you provided.
- A necessary condition for making a legally binding hotel reservation is payment by the guest of a deposit equal to 30% of the total value of the reserved stay within the deadline specified in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
- The deposit referred to above should be paid to the Hotel's account by bank transfer, in cash or by charging a credit card.
- Payment is settled with a regular receipt (paragon) or a VAT invoice. Prior information regarding the type of document is required.
- The date of prepayment is deemed to be the date of credit to the Hotel's bank account.

- The remaining amount is payable at the hotel upon check-in. If payment is not made within the specified deadline, or if there are insufficient funds on the credit card, the reservation will be cancelled.
§3 Cancellation conditions
- To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the Hotel Reception by telephone or e-mail.
- A change of the reservation date is free of charge if it is reported as specified in §3 point 1 no later than 7 days before the planned arrival at the Hotel.
- Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge if it is reported as specified in §3 point 1 at least 7 days before arrival at the Hotel. In such a case, the Hotel will return the paid deposit to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within 5 working days from the moment of receiving the written cancellation of the reservation.
- If the reservation is cancelled after the deadline indicated in §3 point 3 or in case of the Guest's no-show at the start date of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the Hotel.
- Shortening the stay at the Hotel is treated as a late cancellation as defined in §3 point 3 and involves settlement for the entire declared duration of the stay.
§4 Complaints
- Complaints regarding hotel services (rooms, quality of services provided) should be submitted immediately at the hotel reception for verification, assessment and possible rectification/removal by the Hotel. Complaints submitted after leaving the hotel will not be considered. The complaint should include a brief description of the problem that is the basis for the complaint, and the date and time it occurred.
- Complaints regarding issued invoices should be sent by e-mail to the Hotel Reception address. A complaint regarding an invoice should be filed no later than within 7 days from the day when the reason for the complaint occurred.
§5 Personal data
