§1 Method of making a reservation

A stay may be booked by:

  1. Online booking engine placed on the website www.radoczapark.pl.
  2. Sending a reservation by e-mail to the Hotel Reception e-mail address.
  3. Booking a room/stay by telephone.
  4. Personal submission of a reservation at the Hotel Reception.

§2 Reservation conditions

  1. After making a reservation in accordance with the procedure described above, the Hotel will send a document confirming the reservation to the e-mail address you provided.
  2. A necessary condition for making a legally binding hotel reservation is payment by the guest of a deposit equal to 30% of the total value of the reserved stay within the deadline specified in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
  3. The deposit referred to above should be paid to the Hotel's account by bank transfer, in cash or by charging a credit card.
  4. Payment is settled with a regular receipt (paragon) or a VAT invoice. Prior information regarding the type of document is required.
  5. The date of prepayment is deemed to be the date of credit to the Hotel's bank account.

  1. The remaining amount is payable at the hotel upon check-in. If payment is not made within the specified deadline, or if there are insufficient funds on the credit card, the reservation will be cancelled.

§3 Cancellation conditions

  1. To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the Hotel Reception by telephone or e-mail.
  2. A change of the reservation date is free of charge if it is reported as specified in §3 point 1 no later than 7 days before the planned arrival at the Hotel.
  3. Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge if it is reported as specified in §3 point 1 at least 7 days before arrival at the Hotel. In such a case, the Hotel will return the paid deposit to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within 5 working days from the moment of receiving the written cancellation of the reservation.
  4. If the reservation is cancelled after the deadline indicated in §3 point 3 or in case of the Guest's no-show at the start date of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the Hotel.
  5. Shortening the stay at the Hotel is treated as a late cancellation as defined in §3 point 3 and involves settlement for the entire declared duration of the stay.

§4 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding hotel services (rooms, quality of services provided) should be submitted immediately at the hotel reception for verification, assessment and possible rectification/removal by the Hotel. Complaints submitted after leaving the hotel will not be considered. The complaint should include a brief description of the problem that is the basis for the complaint, and the date and time it occurred.
  2. Complaints regarding issued invoices should be sent by e-mail to the Hotel Reception address. A complaint regarding an invoice should be filed no later than within 7 days from the day when the reason for the complaint occurred.

§5 Personal data

  1. We inform you that the administrator of your personal data is „RADOCZA PARK” Spółka z o. o., conducting business at: ul. Wapienna 2, 30-544 Kraków, with tax identification number NIP: 6792916946, REGON: 120315222, KRS: 0000262746, which processes your personal data - for purposes consistent with the law - based on the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 - GDPR.
