Booking and stay policies
What are check-in and check-out times at Hotel Radocza Park?
Hotel day runs from 15:00 on the arrival day to 12:00 on the departure day. Staying in the room after 12:00 without prior notice is treated as a lengthened stay and will incur the fee for an additional night. To extend your stay, notify reception by 9:00 on the day of departure—the hotel will accommodate it subject to room availability.
What are the pet policies for the hotel?
Rules vary by hotel area: pets are accepted in the three-star part, while the four-star part does not accept pets. When booking with a pet, please note at the time of booking that it is for the 3-star section, and also inform reception at +48 33 873 49 10. The additional cost is 80 PLN per night.
What is the booking process and how much deposit must be paid?
Book online via our website booking engine, by email, phone, or in person at reception. Your booking is confirmed only after a 30% deposit of the stay value is paid. Pay by bank transfer, cash, or credit card; the balance is settled at the hotel during check-in. If the deposit isn’t paid by the deadline in your confirmation email, the booking is automatically cancelled.
Can I change the dates or cancel my reservation for free?
Yes—date changes and cancellation are free if you notify us by phone or email at least 7 days before your planned arrival. After that date—or if the guest does not show up— the deposit is retained by the hotel. For timely cancellations, the funds are refunded within up to 5 business days after receiving a written cancellation. Shortening your stay during your visit is treated as a late cancellation and requires payment for the entire declared stay period.
After I receive the invoice, can I still change its details?
No—once the VAT invoice is issued, purchaser details can’t be changed. Before issuing, the hotel requires you to inform reception which document you need (receipt or invoice). Provide the invoice details (e.g., company details) at booking or at the latest during check-in.
What documents do I need to present at check-in?
At check-in, guests must show a photo ID and enter their first and last name on the registration card. If the document can’t be shown or is missing, reception may request advance payment: 100% prepayment for the stay. The receptionist enters the remaining document details.

Yes, quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 7:00, and people from outside may visit guests in their rooms only between 7:00–23:00, after informing reception in advance. Having a person who is not registered in the room after 23:00 is equivalent to agreeing to their paid extra lodging according to the current price list available at reception. This rule protects the comfort of all guests staying in both parts of the complex.
Can children use hotel attractions independently?
