In connection with the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the following Privacy Policy applies.1. What the Privacy Policy contains
The rules for storing and accessing data on Users' Devices when using the Website for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing Users' personal data that have been provided by them personally and voluntarily via the tools available on the Website. All personal data are collected, stored and processed by the site in accordance with regulations. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, providing an email address and the user's first name is necessary to use the contact form service.2. Data Controller

- Internal Cookies – files placed on and read from the User's Device by the Website's IT system.
- External Cookies – files placed on and read from the User's Device by IT systems of external services.
- Session Cookies – temporary files that are stored until logout, leaving the website or closing the software.
- Persistent Cookies – files stored for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
4. Security of data storage
- Mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies – Mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between Cookies saved on the User's Device and the Website are implemented via web browser mechanisms and do not allow retrieval of other data from the User's Device or data from other websites visited by the User.
- Internal Cookies – Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that could threaten the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the User.
- External Cookies – The Administrator takes all possible actions to verify and select site partners in terms of User security. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global public trust. However, the Administrator does not have full control over the contents of Cookies originating from external partners.
- Cookie control:
- The User may at any time change the settings regarding saving, deleting and accessing data stored in Cookies by any website,
- The User may at any time delete all Cookies saved so far using the tools of the User's Device.
5. Purposes for which Cookies are used
We use Cookies for the purposes of:- adapting the Website content to the user's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website,
- analyzing traffic on the Website's pages,
- providing users with advertising content better tailored to their interests,
- maintaining the User's session after login, so the User does not have to re-enter their username and password on each subpage;
- using social media functions to promote the Website or – based on the consent of the User whose data is involved.
6. Purposes of personal data processing
Personal data are collected, stored and used with the consent of the persons concerned, in accordance with the law and following appropriate procedures and in a manner that guarantees their security. Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of responding to contact made using the Administrator's contact details, which constitutes the Administrator's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Data about Users collected anonymously and automatically are processed for one of the following purposes:- conducting statistics,
- re-marketing,
- ensuring the legally justified interest of the Administrator.

The Administrator uses JavaScript scripts and web components of partners on the Website, who may place their own Cookies on the User's Device. Remember that in your browser settings you can decide which Cookies are allowed to be used by particular websites. The data controller does not transfer (sell or in any way lend) the collected personal data of users to third parties. The Administrator may entrust another entity, under a written agreement, with the processing of data without changing the purpose of their processing indicated above.10. Personal data provided voluntarily will not be transferred outside the European Union nor resold to third parties.11. Legal bases for processing personal data
The Website collects and processes Users' data on the basis of:- Art. 6(1)(a) i.e., the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes,
- Art. 6(1)(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,
- Art. 6(1)(f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
12. Period of personal data processing
Personal data voluntarily provided by Users: As a rule, the specified personal data are stored only for the period of providing the Service within the Website by the Administrator. They are deleted or anonymized within 30 days from the termination of service provision (e.g., deletion of a registered user account, unsubscribing from the Newsletter, etc.), unless further processing results from securing legally justified purposes of further processing of these data by the Administrator. Anonymous data (without personal data) collected automatically: Anonymous statistical data, not constituting personal data, are stored by the Administrator for the purpose of running site statistics for an unspecified period.13. Users' rights related to processing personal data
Under the GDPR you have the right to:- the right to access your data and receive a copy of them,
- the right to rectify (correct) your data if they are incorrect or outdated, and also the right to have them erased where processing is not carried out for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation or in the exercise of public authority;
- the right to restrict processing or to object to processing,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (at the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

15. Website requirements
- Restricting the saving and access to Cookies on the User's Device may cause some Website functions to not work properly.
- The Administrator is not liable for malfunctioning Website features if the User limits in any way the possibility of saving and reading Cookies.

On the Website – in articles, posts, entries or User comments there may be links to external websites with which the Website Owner does not cooperate. These links and the pages or files they point to may be dangerous for your Device or pose a threat to the security of your data. The Administrator is not responsible for content located outside the Website.17. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without the need to inform Users regarding the use and processing of anonymous data or the use of Cookies. Changes take effect upon publication. Updated: 25 January 2024
