In connection with the applicability of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the following Privacy Policy applies.

1. Data Controller

The controller of the Website and the Data Controller (hereinafter the Controller) is the company „RADOCZA PARK” Spółka z o.o., operating at: ul. Wapienna 2, 30-544 Kraków, with tax identification number NIP: 6792916946, REGON: 120315222, KRS: 0000262746.

2. Types of Cookies

  • First-party cookies – files placed on and read from the User's Device by the Website's IT system.
  • Third-party cookies – files placed on and read from the User's Device by the IT systems of external services.
  • Session cookies – temporary files that are stored until logout, leaving the website or closing the software.
  • Persistent cookies – files stored for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.

3. Data Storage Security

  • Cookie storage and read mechanisms – The mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between Cookies saved on the User's Device and the Website are implemented through web browser mechanisms and do not allow retrieval of other data from the User's Device or data from other websites visited by the User.
  • First-party cookies – the cookies used by the Controller are safe for Users' Devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that could threaten the security of personal data or the Device used by the User.
  • Third-party cookies – the Controller takes all possible measures to verify and select service partners in terms of User security. The Controller chooses well-known, large partners with global public trust. However, it does not have full control over the contents of Cookies originating from external partners.
  • Cookie control:
    • The User may at any time independently change the settings related to storing, deleting and accessing data stored in Cookies by any website,
    • The User may at any time delete all Cookies saved so far using the tools of the User's Device.

4. Purposes for which Cookies are used

We use cookies for the following purposes:
  1. to adapt the Website's content to the user's preferences and to optimize the use of the Website,
  2. to analyze traffic on the Website's web pages,
  3. to deliver advertising content more tailored to users' interests,
  4. to maintain the User's session after logging in, so that the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage;
  5. to use social media functions to promote the Website or – based on the consent of the User whose data are concerned.

5. Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data are collected, stored and used with the consent of the data subjects, in accordance with the law and with due procedures, and in a manner that guarantees their security. Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of responding to contact made using the Controller's contact details, which constitutes the Controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. User data collected anonymously and automatically are processed for one of the following purposes:
  • compiling statistics,
  • remarketing,
  • to ensure the Controller's legitimate interest.

6. Cookies of external services

The Controller uses JavaScript scripts and web components of partners on the Website, who may place their own cookies on the User's Device. Remember that in your browser settings you can decide which cookies are allowed to be used by individual websites. Below is a list of partners or their services implemented on the Website that may place cookies:
  • Google,
  • Meta.
Services provided by third parties are outside the Controller's control. These entities may at any time change their terms of service, privacy policies, purposes of data processing and the manner of using Cookies.
