A visit to the SPA should serve solely for relaxation and rest. Treatments at this location are intended to soothe the body and also the soul. To fully enjoy your stay, you should prepare properly. Don't worry — in practice it's enough to take a few basic items that everyone has in their wardrobe and bathroom. So how should you prepare for SPA treatments? What should you bring and how should you dress?
What to take to the SPA? Checklist for a SPA trip
It is almost standard for a SPA area to include a pool. If you plan to use it, you should definitely pack a comfortable swimsuit, waterproof pool slippers, and a towel. A shower gel will also come in handy. You can leave a swim cap at home, as it is a requirement only for sports pools.
Of course, in the SPA area of our hotel near Zator you can also take advantage of a wide range of body and facial treatments and various types of massages. When planning one of these treatments, it's worth packing a robe and don't forget hair ties or clips.
Between treatments you may want to use other amenities of our hotel. Spending time at Radocza Park with a partner or a friend you can not only relax in the SPA but also in our entertainment area. If you feel like bowling, pool, table football or darts, it's worth dressing comfortably. So don't forget to bring comfortable trousers and a sweatshirt — preferably a tracksuit — and everyday sports shoes, e.g. sneakers or trainers.

How to dress for hotel SPA treatments?
The variety of treatments in our SPA area is really large. Depending on the type of treatment, you may need to undress completely or from the waist up. The SPA provides disposable underwear for treatments that require nudity. However, if this makes you uncomfortable, you can wear your own. For the treatment dress comfortably, preferably in something that can be quickly and easily removed — the best choice is simply a robe.
If you are planning a treatment for the upper body, don't wear a dress or jumpsuit. Opt for, for example, leggings that can be slightly pulled down for a back massage and a T-shirt that can be easily taken off.
How to dress for the salt grotto?
Being in the salt grotto is not associated with any restrictive clothing rules. The treatment should be fully comfortable, so it's best to wear a tracksuit. Footwear and socks are also important in this case. Comfortable slippers and white socks will be the best solution.
Sauna – how to dress?
While nudity in saunas is not unusual in Scandinavian countries, in Poland it is not always obvious. If you have doubts about the rules in a particular place, it's worth asking the staff about details in advance. It's also good to have a swimsuit or a towel large enough to wrap around your body on hand.
When planning a trip to the SPA, above all you should focus on comfort — the basis is comfortable clothing suited to the situation. You will also need basic accessories for the pool and basic toiletries. That's all it takes to spend a very relaxing weekend at the SPA in the picturesque surroundings of Lesser Poland at the Radocza Park hotel.
