General booking terms & conditions in the Hotel Radocza Park Active & Spa
Cancellation of stay requires a written statement, in order to return the advance payment.
In case of cancellation 30 days before the date of commencement of stay, Hotel Radocza Park Active & Spa returns filed by the booking deposit less handling costs in the amount of 100 PLN per reported booking under the notified operation.
In the case of subsequent cancellation of stay refund deposit will be in full after deduction of administration costs in the amount of 100 PLN, only in the case of sale exempt places.
